Sandwich Peanut Butter and blackberry jam on wheat. Heart shaped with heart shaped cut out.
Sides Grapes on heart food picks; Conversation Heart candy
A quickie bento today :) I wanted to see how many bento “utensils” I could use in a lunch so here, I have used food picks, a sandwich cutter, and face punches. The teeny weeny squares are pb&j sandwiches and the green grapes have soy paper eyes and mouths. Behind the grapes are dried blueberries.
Merida from Disney’s Brave :) Sandwich face, with white chocolate whites of the eyes, blue M&M irises (with food marker pupils). Mouth was fondant and hair is made of carrots. Arrow is just white chocolate and a pretzel. Greenery is fennel greens.
Quilled initial I made for M’s rainbow themed room.
Dollhouse furniture that I made from balsa wood and random do-hickeys around my house.
Fish bento :) Sandwiches with marshmallow eyes and blueberry irises, almond slivers for scales. Dried blueberries and goldfish cracker and grape heart sides.
Angel Dog :) I found these corndogs at Trader Joe’s and wanted to see what I could do with them. Today, I went as kawaii as I ever had (except for Hello Kitty) and used my food picks to make an angel dog. Sides are dried fruit (apricots and blueberries) and fresh kiwi. The little pink container has ketchup in it. The lunch isn’t as well styled as I wanted but I was running out of time as the corndog has to cook for 20 minutes in the oven and I didn’t time it well enough. Next time!
